COMING THIS SPRING & SUMMER:

ALFRED P. SLOAN COMMISSION

It's official. I have just been named a recipient of the 2012 EST/Sloan Project New Play Commission. The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, in collaboration with the Ensemble Studio Theatre has awarded me a generous grant to write a play based on the life and work of activist, journalist, and agronomist Jean Dominique. The play will be featured at next year's First Light Festival at EST.

THE GENESIS FESTIVAL

I am thrilled to have been invited to participate in the Genesis Festival at Crossroads Theatre in New Jersey. My play, THE TALK, will have a special performance on Mother's day, featuring Chantal Jean-Pierre and Nehanda L'oiseau and under the direction of Sibusiso Mamba.

BOAT PEOPLE
